MHAA can find new ways to manage your documents and information. For the past 13 years we have provided document management solutions to many companies large and small.

We provide Scanning Services: Black and White; grayscale & color – from all types of media: hard copy documents, blueprints, Mylar, reverse sepia, microfilm (16mm and 35mm Roll), Aperture Cards; Microfiche, Jacketed Microfiche and 105mm film. We can scan any media type! All these services can be provided on your site, or at ours.

Our Document Recovery and Storage Services include: Touch up of damaged documents, removal of stains, enhancing old aperture cards. We can store documents on our web server, so you can see them whenever and wherever you want!

Unocal
Unocal, in Anchorage, Alaska needed to scan their legal documents, including leases and partnerships, so their legal team could keep track of land usage and prevent las suits against their company.

Boeing
The Boeing Company has several plants across the United States.  We have worked together in Long Beach, Torrance, and Macon, Georgia.

Caltrans
MHA Associates, Inc. was able to scan maps and drawings in addition to office documents. Once the conversion was complete, CalTrans employees built their own EDMS (electronic document Management system) that used the scanned images for documents.
