We have made our living by providing “unique solutions to special projects” and by providing “large solutions to large projects” in various places in these great United States and parts thereof. We have enjoyed great success through diligent efforts.
Our Company is based on the principle of adding value first and foremost to our employees in their pursuit of tasks for pay; each person has been offered and delivered the option to excel in the work they perform for our clients. Self mastery is encouraged and rewarded. We have accomplished many projects throughout the State of California by managing to these objectives.
First from a Client point of view, each project we undertake is expected to complete on time, and exceed client expectation. We ensure our projects by summarizing what we agree to in a simple and direct format we refer to as “ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA.” This step unifies our efforts in carrying out your project as we agree in discussion and then again with the project management you put in place to interface with us.
This initial effort is then converted to “SHOP ORDERS” that accomplish the tasks required to get the job done. Each project is reviewed in depth before undertaking the specific work. All Staff members report for duty prepared to carry out their role.
